Just a follow up

As a follow up to a previous post--New Year, New Cycle...--, I was wondering how everyone's training, diets, cycles  etc are going.

Personally, I'm not doing much besides watching what I eat and lifting--no supplements here <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/IB3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->   But I'm making out pretty good.

Anyhow, I was just curious to how you ladies are doing. Pretty soon it will be time to shed the clothes and show off the sexy bod!!

unfortunatly stuck.. heehee..
go full force.. then pinch a nerve.. few days .. then back.. then off again.. family problems.. then back.. so this evening consists of sitting and writing out a schedule that can include all the necessary things that need to be done and gym schedule... this way nothing can stray of course ..
family things keep coming up..but all will be settled soon.. so to speak.. and then can get on a definetly schedule.. the only good thing is muscle memory for me.. i can take months off then go back and with in a month be right back where i was... god i love that... so a month from now updates.. <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/IB3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo--> and maybe pics... lol..

I am trying to drop BF....have upped my cardio and sticking with it really well(which is usualy the worst part for me)....but my diet could be a lot better.........which is usualy the easy part for me....lol....I am backwards for some reason.  But I will get it together by the weekend (I hope)....what I need is to make a big trip to the grocery store and stock up on the stuff I need, so I'm not running to the store every 2 flipping days......ahh...I hate that!  But so far thats my story....Oh and getting my shoulders caught up...doing pretty good with that.  <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/IB3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->
