Yo Bro, I am sure you remember our Talk about Tito running from Vanderlei awhile back. Bro maybe you are a profit. Tito is not running from Vandelei but he sure as helis running from Chuck Lidell. This is nuts, he is a Champ and is making every excuse under the sun not to fight Lidell. Many our calling for Tito to be stripped of his title. Check this out

wow thats crazy, i really like Tito as a fighter but lost respect for him aftyer reading that interview.

Hey Choke Im really into grappling and mixed martial arts too. What all have you trained for (schools)

Me i have experience with: Kickboxing, juijitsu, little mui thai, basic grappling, tae kwon doe, freestyle and hybrid freestyle, alot of others but most experience with these.

norris williams is who i train under, well i used to he moved to fuckin phoneix or some shit. said I could come up there with him to help him at his school but i couldn't move away so im really on my own right now. Im doing lots of research on this hybrid feeystyle fighting I really like it, I've also came along way with Akido which to me is hard to pick up.

The whole deal with Tito is crazy i really like him as a fighter and couldn't believe he would back down from Lidell, although Lidel did beat Belfort I think that him and Tito would make an awesome fight.

OJ, I am not really down with traditional martial arts such as Akido, it is great for excersize but for real life situations ...???
all that grand master shit is a smoke and mirrors. No offense bro, I see you are training in other awesome styles, I would stick with The Muai Thai & grappling arts, thats a deadly combo.
Now I am 6'1 about 240.

Best of luck finding some good training, let me know if you need help, I am pretty up to date on the best places to train everywhere in the U.S. so yell if I can help out.

OJ, I made a few calls and I'll be sure to let you know what I hear. If Tulsa is not to far Mikey Burnett (from the Lions Den & ex UFC Champ) Has an awesome gym there. I have not trained there but I hear it is a top notch program.

How many of the pro fighters today do you think are on AAS ? and who

Didn't Josh Barnett get in some trouble like suspended for AS

Josh was suspended for testing positive, But it was political.
I would say 90% of the top guy's are on.

Mikey B's has submission grappling, Pro Boxing coaches, and flat out NHB training. Get there bro, let me know. I can get you an address & # if you need.
