Breakfast of "NATURAL" Champaions

I know the breakfast for champions is DBOL
but in my opinion the breakfast for natural champs is

10oz Steak
12oz Milk
5 whole Eggs

this is awsome for bulking and losing fat. it could fit in anykind of diet keto, bulking, low carb. So all u NEWbeezzz that are trying to become muscle freaks hit your steak and eggs in the morning. and yeah there have been studies that say that whole eggs dont increase the risk of heart attack, also i rather eat whole egg cuz the yolk has a lot of protien, mineral, and vitamins.
 
Just be aware that the milk will have some carbs. If it's skim milk, I think 12 oz will have 16.5g of carbs.
 
I think that food is the most important anabolic agent natural or not. The DBol won't make you grow without proper nutrition. Besides dbol tastes bad for breakfast. That steak sure sounds good though.

thats why i took 500mg ALA b4 so i could still stay in ketosis.
 
You made me so hungry that's what I had for breakfast today, although I could only eat 3 eggs with that steak.

a bodybuilder should be able to eat atleast 10 eggs at one sitting

I'm sure I could put away 10 or more in one sitting wouldn't be able to eat much else with it, although my girlfriend would hate the results.

I never can eat a really big breakfast, but I took care of a pretty big ribeye this morning.
 
why is oatmeal so important...at least compared to other breakfast options? old fashion quaker oatmeal gives:
cal 150
carbs 27g
protein 5g

and compare this to a ceral (kellogs frosted mini-wheats; before adding milk):
cal 200
carbs 48g
protein 6g

for a bulking cycle i would imagine that the ceral would be better. any thoughts?
 
bro u are probably looking at the flavored oatmeal, get the regular. the regular has good carbs it has both soluble and in soluble fiber.
 
oatmeal contains soluable fiber in it. the only other cereal that contains that is cheerios. i don't eat cereal because milk gives me the shits.
 
I usually have 12 eggs and 2 packs of grits for breakfast. If it is contest time I change the grits to sweet potato. As for as oatmeal goes I put it in my shakes. If you use a blender it is fine but if not you have to chew a little.
 
i'm interested in the cereal vs. oatmeal thing mentioned above

didn't see any comments..... are there any?
 
Oatmeal is a great energy food because it's a complex carb. Most cereals have a lot of sugar, as well. BTW, anyone tried real steel cut oats like McCann's Irish Oats? They take a while to cook (unless you soak them from the night before), but they are awesome! Kind of a nutty flavor.
