nolvadex dosage

Started taking 20 mgs a day for sensitive nipps.
Should it be divided into 2 doses of 10mgs or 20mgs in the morning ok.

Probably don't matter but i'd split it up. Three cheers for sensitive nipples!

whenever possible..I'll split up any and everything. It doesn't matter what it is.. Instead of spiking.. they keep at a more constant level in your blood stream by splitting doaes

When taking nolvadex for symptoms of gyno, I always take 80mg the first day and then 20mg ed.

I split up everything as much as possible for the reason that bass stated - keeping chemical levels as even as possible. The half life here doesn't really require it, but it's not too much of a pain to split it into 2 doses/day, so I would do it.

The potential benefit (unknown) outweighs the potential detriment (zero).

If you ever find this statement true with regards to practically anything, go for it. Although I will say that you probably won't notice any difference with the nolvadex. I believe it's half life is long enough that one dose stays active for about 36 hrs.

Well I used to split them up, and now I am taking it all at once..we will see if there is any difference!!!!

i'd take 20mgs in the am and 20mgs in the pm.
