damn Im feeling like a fatass now and want to cut sooo bad but have no AS yet. would it be worth it to wait?
 
Start cardio, and dieting now, you don't have to be on the sauce to cut, all the juice will do when cutting is help perserve muscle, and add lean mass.
 
sure, but you don't have to be on juice to loose body fat.

The only way you would really loose muscle, is if you do a severely calorie deficient diet (like 1000 calories below maintaince), or way too much cardio.

Start cutting now, and start your cutting cycle when your stuff arrives.
 
ok last time I dieted I had no clue what I was doing, here is what my diet looked like:
8:00am 1 chicken breast and 1 cup of oatmeal
12:00pm 1 whole chicken and 1 cup of oatmeal
6:00 1, 6oz can of tuna
8:00 1 protein shake of isopure

During that diet I lost alot of muscle and got really skinny, I dont wanna lose alot of muscle so what Im saying is if I did my diet right like Tons of protien and green veggies and healthy fats, would I keep a whole lot more muscle than my last diet? I dont want to be a skinny ass. right now I weigh at 170.
