I believe its a 20lb tub (or maybe 10lb?) I get it for 39.99 So far its the best deal for my money. Now I am willing to spend a bit more if there is something better out there that anyone knows of. I am trying to bulk up.

It is full of sugar-get schwarz labs and then just add milk for the same effect.

i go through a 20lb tub of that stuff every bulk cycle. tastes like hersheys chocolate milk mix. it helps me back on the pounds, but i usually add some fat with it too.
