this is the first time my nips have gotten sore. i have seen some guys say theres do every cycle, but when do you say to just start anti-e's? i have plenty of nolv on hand but wanted to avoid if possible.

Stop pinching them........... I would hit the nolv.

problem solved ....i took the rings off. i started nolv, so will the sorness go away or this just prevents gyno?
