I finally got to see Pumping Iron last night... man, that was an awesome movie, my girl got it for me as an early V day gift.

After watching that I was ready to work out.

I was kinda dissapointed man...I mean for obvious reasons, they are not going to go into there steroid habits and the like...but I was really disappointed and damn I still want arnold's bis!

How about his chest? Unequaled. Like I've said before, as far as upper body goes, Arnold in his prime could stand on stage next to any of todays pros and beat many of them.

I sat in awe when Arnold was doing dumbell flies and it showed a view where his chest rose up about 4" when he would pull the dumbells together.
What would I not give to look like that.

What about the Way Ferrigno trained? He didn't seem to push too hard and I don't think I saw him do a full range of motion on a single rep. Imagine how big he could've been if he'd have worked harder.

I saw him doing shoulders, he was keeping his arms bent
to eliminate his tris, Only going up 3/4 the way up.
That's a good thing if you hit tris the day before.
