tonite at the gym...

he said he thought it was broke but there was nothing visibly wrong with his arm...other than he was pale...the weights were all over the ground cuz he dumped the weights in the process...
 
Sounds like he was trying hit up his max or something...maxing is just not worth it in my eyes.
 
One of my supervisors actually cracked a rib on the leg press machine.....he usually crossed his arms over his chest and I guess the weight of the machine pushing his knees into his arms was enough to break bones.
 
he has been coming in there regualrly for the last few months...a decent sized guy....i think he had on 285 and believe he can do more...but it was more a freak accident more than anything..he had a spotter and he was even on the way down.
