My girl wants to tone up her body and lose a little bit of fat but not to much. She puts muscleon quite quick but doesn't want a great deal of it. Can the women out their post your training plans so that she can see what other women do.
I would have her change her work out to lights weight and more reps.Try is for a few weeks and see how that works out. I usually do a body part a day and at least 20-30 minutes cardio. For a couple of weeks I will lift heavy and the next I will lift light with more reps...This also changes the workout so you don't get to bored!! Just give it a try!!!
