Anyone ever have this problem?

My friend has always had a hard time getting his balls to drop after a cycle. But, eventually after a while they return to regular size. Well its been two months and his balls are back to normal. But, his nutt sack ramained shrunk, once in a while he sais it will relax and make his balls normal. I told him it might be the cold weather but, he sais "no". Last night at the gym he was complaining that his sack was so tight it was hurting his balls. I have no idea what to tell him

how long was he on , what was he on , did he take clomid, liquidex, or anything ?

I would clamp a couple 5lb olympics to his sack and walk around with them for a week. That should get things stretched out pretty good.

yeah, he did clomid at the end of his cycle. Its been like 2 months since he finished clomid.
