I have just joined here and a few other BB boards. I trained for 10 years hard and have been off for at least 4 (medical) but I'm on track again and feel awesome. I'm food clean now and I swear every commercial and odor is directed at me...LOL but I won't let it beat me. I need motivation. I'm training as hard as I can hitting every 8 to 10 days and doing 30 of cardio everyday. HI.
