1st cycle....?'s

Ok so I've decided to go on my first AS cycle. I'm 21 years old, and I've been lifting steady for about 4 years now. I'm 5'11" and weigh 200lbs. So far this is what I planned on doing.

8 weeks worth of Deca, taking 1cc two times a week, or every 4th or 5th day, and thats it.

What I was wondering, is if I should have anything to get the boys running again after the cycle, or not? Also, I am kinda scared of getting acne, so is there anything I could take to help with that. Thanks for reading, and any suggestions are very welcome.

Alright I noticed this is your first post bro so I commend you for that...you need to do a lot more research before starting if you are gonna ask those question...My advice is research dont do deca alone....use test in combo w/deca running liquidex or have nolva on hand and you use clomid for post cycle therapy. Tanning and liquidex help w/acne...any more question feel free to ask...but read the hell out of this board you will learn a lot!

Thanks for the reply. I've actually been a member here for a while, but I've just been trying to read and not post. Apparently I need to read some more

Considering I cycled some Test in with the Deca, and added some Liquidex, with Clomid for post cycle. How would you say I should go about cycling all of it? Considering it's gonna be an 8 week cycle.

Welcome to MC.

Don't do deca w/o test, it will completely kill your sex drive. Do some more research, but a standard newbie cycle would be 500mg of test a week, 400mg deca a week. Clomid post cycle to get your natural test running again.

Welcome, do as they said I was in your shoes a few years ago, I ran Deca Test and d-bol for my first. You need to do some test and not deca alone. Acne was never to bad for me. Research and keep asking questions. Good Luck

From your post, I'm guessing that you have at least 16ml of decca, 200mg/ml, on hand. (2ml/wk x 8wk). Since it takes a while for the decca to kick in, I would go with a longer cycle and lower doses. Like 1 1/2ml/wk for 10 weeks.
I just read Chemevo's article again on half lives of depots. Decca (nandrolone) has a half life of 6 days. With it being that long, I don't see why the need to inject more than once a week. I started my cycle last night and was planning on injecting twice a week, but I may shoot the decca just once a week now. I have decided to do a longer cycle with lower doses, to see how I react.

Hey bro..first off Welcome to MC....all good advice from above...Test is Keen in all cycles..it's a must have...so please wait until u get some test to go along with that deca..trust me..u will be glad u did....
