Clean & jerks & snatchs in their workout? What day do you put them with? I would like to add c&j especially to my workouts, but not sure where to put them since they hit so many muscles.
 
While I think any place is a good one to do snatch, I feel that the clean and jerk must only be performed in the shower
 
Man my joints hurt enough without them. As long as I do Deads and Squats I think I can leave the Cleans and snatches out.
 
i think that they are to advanced for most and would cause injury in most as well as a direct result of bad form and too heavy of a weight
 
Yeah I know to be careful with the weight, not use too much. My form is pretty good, I had to do these in high school.

I just want to get back to doing them, I believe they help tremendeously with speed & power.
