Would you go Abroad Now?

I have my honeymoon coming up at the end of this month. I already booked my trip to Greece. Now I am getting nervous with all this talk of War that maybe now isn't such a good time. What would you guys do?

i would still go ... greece should be fine, even though it's in that general area ... you might shoot for eastern europe instead, safer area and the french are not going to be going to war anytime soon.

I took my wife on a two week Greek cruise. You'll love it. The only thing you'll have to worry about is the over abundance of fags on the islands.

Go, have a great time- I travel overseas for work monthly- never a problem- Just try not to stick out- That is what the embassy's recommend

i had a free 7 day trip to france.. i wouldn't go.. key west is really nice and cheap in the off season... Baja or really most spots in the USA are nice... doesn't sound as cool as greece but you can just pick a spot here and get a nicer room. car,etc etc etc and stay in north america.. hell i can even have fun i canada..

I didn't want to go in the US or mexico because of spring break. The trip is paid for so I am going. Never been overseas before I will try not to stick out, I'm sure I will anyway but oh well.

I think you'll be fine. I was in south America 2 years ago. The only place that was a little weird at times was Peru. My gf, an American, was born in Greece, and says it is very nice to visit. Great weather.
The times I've been overseas I just remembered I was a guest in their country, and have always had a good time. Not that I've been a lot of places. I've lived in Argentina for 2 years, and been to the Carribean. That is so used to Americans that it doesn't count.
Never been to Europe.
congrats on the wedding, and have fun. Shoot up a huge load of prop before you go

Whats with you all. Why is everyone so scared about the war ?
I personally think this is only a bluff.. and there will be no war trust me.. To tell you the truth I'm sick and tired of Bush and Saddam as well. Bush should focus on getting economy up..if it wasnt for him, I wouldn't be unemployed today. ! Prices went up..everything went up..pretty soon you'll be walking not driving..
And nothing scares me today, not even Saddam son of the bitch..not his nuclear shit..I'm only afraid of god..that's it..and man just go with your wife to Greece..you'll be fine..security is tight today..and make sure to check their local pharmacies.

Go to spain,italy,england,scandinavia etc etc instead.
Personally i would be more worried going to the states..
