Hey you comp gurus....does nolvadex help w/pre show prep....basically what the benefits of running it as pre show and how much, how long, and when to cut it out...

I've heard that it does. It's supposed to help drop water. I'm testing this right now. I started taking 20mg/day a few days ago. I'll let you know what happens. Other than that I figure anything to keep estrogen down while I'm dieting has to be good too.

first it hinders igf1 releases os dont start it to far out! and yes it lowers the esto levels and will aid in losing water and fat!. i start mine around 4 weeks out from show at 30 mg day
