Give me some diet suggestions

My time is winding down, on Saturday I'll have three weeks left. What should I be eating these last couple of weeks? I've already eliminated most carbs. I get a little from the fiber supplement I take a couple of times a day and a few from the couple of tablespoons of peanut butter that I have once or twice a week. Losing the fat just seemed much easier for me when I took out the carbs.
 
carb up day

raise your carbs up for a day then back to what your doing this will stimulate the metabolism. I need some carbs in there for when you start your carb deplete
 
Try adding a bit more fat to your diet. When you deprive your body of fat it goes into starvation mode and it tries to hold on to the fat that you already have. If you have a cheat day in which you eat carbs make sure it is after your workout. Try not to eat more than 2g of carbs per pounds. If you weigh 180 lbs. take in 360 grams.
 
Right now I'm eating salmon, fresh chicken breast, fresh turkey breast, dozens of eggs (10 egg whites, 1 yolk each time), very low sodium tuna by Chicken of the Sea mixed with a bit of BBQ sauce, natural peanut butter, and about once a week beef round eye of round steak or shrimp.

I would suggest keeping protein at 2 g/lb BW and running fat at .5-.75 g/lb bodyweight-keep in mind your fat should be predominantly omega-3 efa's as they act as uncouplers! Carbs 30-50 grams/day max -post workout only!Post workout nutrient suggestion=(carbs 25g dextrose+25g glucose+50 g whey pro with water)

(celery, broccholi, and cauliflower can be added in with meals to assist in metabolism enhancement)

ps...just keep calories approx 500-800 below maintenance...depends on ergogen use!
 
where do you get your omega 3 oils? i have heard flax seed oil is good... but have no idea how to use it with food. any suggestions?
 
flax seed oil has them...salmon has them...and almonds have them...use flax seed w/your oatmeal or rice or any of the above, try to use it earlier in the day. I mix 1tbs w/my oat meal in the morning and then 1tbs w/rice about my 3rd meal or so...
 
Omega 3

I feel the easiest omega 3 fat to add is cold pressed flax oil...salmon is a great whole food source as well....i add in flax with my whey pro, or on a salad with vinegar for dressing....u can also add it in with tuna as well!

I inject my flax oil..........ok not really.

Healthy Oil & Fat Intake:

Natural Peanut Butter
Mix into your shakes
Eat off the spoon
Lick it off your old ladies breast
Flax Oil
Mix into your shakes
Mix into your salads
Mix into your oatmeal (if eating any)
Mix into your tuna
Mix into your rice
Or just eat Flax Oil Capsules
Almonds
Snack on them (I take in my fat later in the day)
Mix them into your oatmeal
Mix them into your salads

As for Carbos I like doing high carb meals in the morning on Saturday & Sunday. I feel so bloated by the end of a whole day of high carbs. I like to high carbs in the morning then back to my 5 days of lower carbs.
