After speaking with my atty, US post office and my merchant account company. Customers no longer need to include thier last names for thier orders. The post office has told me that packages do not need to have a last name on them..just a first name and a correct address. As for my atty, if ANYBODY'S private info is posted (address, cc info) there will be an immedieate report filed. (we are wortking on the first one now..we are reconstructing the first website ..that posted that info for the formal complaint)

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THE ORDER IS REAL WITHOUT A FULL NAME?

All orders with with credit cards are now varified/checked for fraud via the billing address of the card (zip code). First and last names together are not required. Just the first name. If we need to check on an order, we will be using our order tracking system which is STRICTLY numbers and is secure on our systems.

WITH THAT IN MIND AND THE FACT THAT THE PERP. DOING THIS NOW KNOWS THAT PUBLISHING/DISPLAYING ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION INCLUDING ADDRESSES AND CC INFO IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW. IF THERE WAS A BREACH, THE ONLY THING HE WOULD BE ABLE TO POST OR DISPLAY WOULD BE A FIRST NAME AND THAT IS SHIT.

WE ARE 100% CERTAIN THAT THIS BREACH WILL NEVER OCCUR AGAIN, BUT WE STILL ARE IMPLEMENTING THIS NEW ORDERING POLICY TO MAKE THE CONSUMERS MORE COMFORTABLE WITH OUR PROCESS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

TO SUM IT UP.....

NO NEED FOR LAST NAMES ON THE ORDERS'
NO NEED FOR SCREEN NAMES ON THE ORDERS
NO NEED FOR BOARD NAMES ON THE ORDERS

JUST A FIRST NAME AND CORRECT ADDRESS -- WHICH BY FEDERAL LAW CAN'T BE DISPLAYED ANYWHERE WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.

IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT ME AT [email protected]

THANKS,
CHEM
