I have been playing alot of basketball the last few weeks. My calfs right now are rocking. I never do calfs in the weight room, and i have the line running down the middle of them, im so pumped. There still at 17" though

I'm really guilty of not training them for a couple of weeks and then complaining that they're too small.......

since I started using high reps (20-30) I have noticed a big difference.

How long have you been using the higher reps and can you be more specific with your results? I ask because up until xmas I had just about the best calves in the gym. I trained them using low reps but a lot of weight. Now that isn't going to be possible in the future. I tore an achilles tendon doing this. When I get the ok to start back I'm going to be forced into high reps/low weight- maybe forever. So any bit of encouragement you can give would be appreciated! Thanks- LA
