i was wondering how hard the written test was, i read the book and it all seemed to be common sense except i have not got to the air brakes yet, but if that section is anything like the others it should be cake, anyone?

cake!
i got a class a and it was cake...the driving test is simple as well....just like getting your regular license only witha big truck

I have class A. I have the copies of the NJDMV written tests, there are 4 variations of the same multipe choice questions. I got you hooked up if you want them.

presser you cant drive a whole 18 wheeler across the border without being searched :)

im only kidding , dont ban me :)

nah just needed it for a new job that pays to good to pass up but they wont hire me without my class b

and choke then bro, i will hit u up for the test info if i fail tomorrow, cause then i have to wait 2 weeks to retake and ill just study from the tests you have, lol

Good luck, let me know. You still have to study but it is easier my way.

I had a CDL, but I was grandfathered in when they introduced them (I can already hear the jokes). I don't see how it could be that difficult. I have no idea what they could ask about air brakes, other than you have to be sure you have pressure and no leaks. maybe that they have a little more lag time before they take hold... don't know.
When it expired I was in a different job and didn't want anything to do with driving, so I let it expire. I hope you aren't thinking of driving over the road, it sucks big time. I did it for 19 years and it was the best thing I ever did for myself to quit.

Well i know That the hardest part for me 18 wheeler (i dont dirve just got the permit) was vehicle inspection where you have to put your hand on pretty much anything that attaches to the truck and explain it and make sure its secure AND IF YOU MISS A PART YOU FAIL yeah that sucked
