Weight class question

I'm aout 9 pounds away from dropping to a lower weight class than what I expected. How much weight can I expect to lose in the last two and a half weeks, specifically when I start to cut out water? I'm 5'9", 165# and planned to compete as a middleweight, would I be better off to try to be at the high end of the lightweights, rather than the low end of the mid weights?

send me a pic in you mandatory. I have went high water straight through no drop and was hard full and vascular! Yes i ran some maxide. I was hydrated and dry. But most likely when you drop water and then load on some carbs you loose more wt! another thought is skips shitload! but send some pics and i tell ya from there

I'll see what I can do. My girlfriend's neighbor has a scanner. I'm going to see if he'll let me use it on Sunday.
 
Like dpsquat said, a pic would be the best way to give advice, but strategically speaking, it's better to be at the heavy point of the class than the light point.

Looking awesome! I don't really have a comment on what weight class, I'll leave that to the experts. As far as uploading, you just go to the "post reply" window and at the bottom, you should see an "attach file" section where you can browse for files on your local computer to upload. I simply downloaded your pics from the links and uploaded them that way.

in those pose's bring elbows down SLIGHTLY and roll your shoulders a little will make your larger!!!!!
 
My show is April 5th, 12 days from today.
Diet yesterday (Sunday)
Meal 1 Salmon 7oz, fiber supplement 3tsp
Meal 2 chicken breast 8 oz
Meal 3 Chicken breast 8 oz
Meal 4 natural peanut butter 2 tbsp
Meal 5 tuna 6 oz, BBQ sauce 1tbsp

Diet Today (Monday)
Meal 1 10 jumbo egg whites 1 yolk, fiber supplement 3tsp
Meal 2 salmon 7 oz
Meal 3 chicken breast 8oz
Meal 4 chicken breast 8 oz
Meal 5 tuna 6oz, BBQ sauce 1 tbsp, fiber supplement 3tsp

2 gallons of water each day. I usually look real good right away in the morning. Very tight and dry. At the end of the day I normally look vastly more bloated.
 
no carbs

your not taking a ssingle carb in. ji would intro duce around 50 -75 grams or carbs in throughout day either oats or yams or baby reds!

i would ad in romain lettuse 1 cup to meals 4 and 6
alont with 1/2 serving of oats in am and 3 oz of patotoe around your 3 meal! drop the bbq sause on mond prrior

one week out. i m just waking up as i read your post here;;;

im sorry its in three posts im still sleeping here and no coffee yet but i can smell it!. you really need to introduce som more cals in the diet! and we need carbs in there so to deplete next week are you going to do skip's shit load? if so please take pics so i can see the change if not we'll load carbs next week.. post your reply in the consultant forum or email so only you and i can correspond i have a few things to tell ya for next week
