Need Encouragement

Bros I have bad news and need some support here...

I came off clomid post my winter bulk cycle about 3 weeks ago. I had managed to maintain 22 of my 25lbs gained while on. But recently I got sick while on vacation and lost back almost 10 more lbs. I am still fighting this super cold but feeing better every day and my appetite is coming back.

I just need to know that i can get the weight back. Im eating more and more each day and feel like i may have gotten some of it back already but im scared to see what the scale says.

Mind you i look leaner then ever but i worked hard for that muscle and i want it back.

Sorry bros i needed to vent. Just shout out ur thoughts.

DONT GET ON THAT FU-KING SCALE! It takes me about 3 weeks to get to where I was before a sickness. Work your butt off and just know that you will be back there soon. We all have to go through it.
 
Similar thing happened to me. Got som slin---humulinR and started out slow and went to 8 iu in morning before 2nd meal + 80g carb and protein and then 8 iu after workout--same feeding. went up 8 lbs in 2 weeks. i was impressed. slin is legal to buy in US. Wal-mart is agout $18, need slin pins too.
 
Out of curiosity, did Wal=mart give you any hassle? I know you don't need a script.

Muscle Memory is very powerful, eat & work out hard, you can gain it back.

Bros thats exactly what I needed. I knew you wouldn't let me down. Im sitting here with 2 cans of tuna and a dozen eggs and i cant wait to ingest some protein. I even have some motivation to lift today so maybe the intensity is back.

BTW i have also put the scale away for a little while so lets see if i can get that weight back now!

I went through a weight loss this winter. When I was able to get back to the gym, I re-gained all but maybe 5 lbs of my former weight, and I have less bf, so I think I got most everything back. just eat and exercise as soon as you can and you'll be surprised at how well you'll do.

Just ask Saks about muscle memory......when I first met him I was 175lbs (he was like, 230) and I couldn't believe what a big motherfucker he was. BUT, he started hanging with a friend and drinking a shitload and over the course of a few months, lost everything he had gained. THEN, he had artheroscopic surgery on one of his shoulders (that was after my dog bit his arm, too) and further lost muscle mass.
Long story short, he came to the gym with me and was kicking my ass within a very short time.......you'll get your mojo back, just stay with it

Let me 3rd that opinion! I tore a achilles right before xmas. After surgery I was out of the gym for 8 weeks. Finally got the ok to go ahead and do upper body but it's going to be 7 weeks before I can "attempt" legs but only another few days before I can jump back on a bike and ease my way back into cardio again.

I loss 20 lbs during all of this. I already feel much better being back for only a week and a half. This is the hand that I've been delt (like you) and you just have to accept it, deal with it and do your best. Eventually you will win. Good Luck- LA
 
Yep, I second what everyone said above. I was very sick for about 5 weeks and lost about 8 pounds... ate big, worked out hard and put back on 14 lbs. That was off cycle, btw.

Don't sweat it. Just get healthy, eat big and work out hard.
