Do you all have weeks where you're hungry but your stomach won't let you eat?

This past week, I'll wake up and eat but I can't get much down. I feel like I'm going to throw up and I can't pinpoint what it is.

I think where I have been eating so much, my brain thinks it's hungry and tells me it's time to eat, but when I do, my stomach will not accept and almost feels like I'm going to throw up.

Has anyone had something like this happen before? I really hope it ends so I can get more protein down!

Just wanting to see if it was normal :)
 
Only when I'm sick, are you taking anything (meds,gear)? I usually cannot stop eating.
 
Nope.

I did go through a breakup about three weeks ago (I posted a thread about it) and I couldn't eat at all after the first week. I'm thinking that could somehow bother me and effect my eating habits? I still miss her a lot but I realize I may have to move on so I don't know if it should or not. I guess it could subconsciously.
 
I couldn't eat that much on the drol.....I stopped that like 2 weeks ago and my appetite went through the roof. On the same note, though, some days nothing sounds good to me. I'll be sitting at home with my stomach growling not wanting to eat a damn thing. Thank God for protein shakes........those non hungry days, it seems the only thing I crave is Outback and Mexican food.....
 
Could be the breakup. Had one that really fu**ed me up. Lost a lot of weight. Those situations mess your mind up bad.
 
sorry to hear about the break up. Do your best not to let it bother ya. I know it sounds trite but there are plenty of other chicks out there. They are in Asia. Take a vacation to Bangkok and get her out of your system, man. Good food there, too. Take care, bro.
 
I have trouble eating first thing in the morning. Maybe try and find something you enjoy eating? And whey protein is usually easy for me to eat even when I'm not hungry. A fruit smoothie is usually fairly easy to handle (and lets me get a lot more fruit than I could normally eat), although I'm usually stuffed afterwards.
 
I sometimes have days like that, and yeah, I too find it easier to down a whey protein shake or two. I can also handle a protein bar with a glass of water. That usually does the trick in jump-starting my appetite. Just remember...eat something!
