has any one every tried it??? it is a great workout and will kick your butt!!! great for the legs!! I love it!!!

Yeah I tried it and I thought they were going to take me out in a stretcher. I run 3 miles EOD and it really kicked my but.

what kind of spinning exactly is this? I hope that its not spinning yourself in a circle to get dizzy. J/K

I think my wife did this. Is it a bike class, where the trainer is sadistic and kicks everyones ass?

The classes are usually fun because it is a group cardio workout- sure a lot more interesting than running etc by yourself.

One question.....

I've only been to one spinning class and wondered if other classes were similar... walls painted black, no overhead lights only strobe and black lights, blasting techno rock. Are most spinning classes set up like this?
