i read ala may make insulin receptors weaker, i could be way off here so ill go look it up if i can find, hell could be the other way around, its early here,lol
interesting; anyone know? I was wondering if since it raises insulin sensitivity if taking ala w/ a smaller doseage of ala would be good. But I'm not gonna risk it if it makes my receptors weaker.... anyone else got any input?
