excellent.. From what I understand from those who have used it.. They haven't experianced the heartburn that they get with regular ALA.. I only get it on occassions..
But I think I will give it a try!
As always.. My man!

thanks bass. Do most of you use it to cut down on bf or more for liver protection? how much do you use bass?

I use it for both, just depends on what I'm trying to accomplish.
I use around 3000mgs ed of regular .. I haven't used the r-ala, but I know that you don't have to use that much to produce the same effects.. I can't wait to try it.
