hello
well let me have it what do you think

im nearly 23 years old, 5 foot 10, 190 lbs in these pics. ive measured my own body fat with my own calipers and found it to be about 13-15%. what do you lot think it is from these pics. my waist is 32 inches but my pants are getting a little tight.

im currently in my 3rd week of Test prop @ 100 MGS EOD. ive put on about 6-7 pounds but i dont look that much different. my face has put quite a bit of bloat on though.

ive taken all these myself in the mirror so they dont look that good. ill try and get my girlie to take some in a few days.

tell me what you think, good or bad

here is my first pic and im stood normal.

you look pretty good as it is bro, but if you drop a couple of BF%, you'll look even better.

so do you think thats right that my BF is about 15%?
the day i started my cycle i was 13% and now it says im 15% on my calipers.

if i want to get down to 8 or 10% then im going to have to drop quite a few pounds :(

I'd guess 11-13%. Looking good, though!

BTW, even if you were 15%, at 190 lbs, your lean body mass would be 161.5 lbs... To get to 8%, ~176 lbs, so that'd only be 14 lbs of fat to lose to go from 15 to 8% (and I'm pretty sure you're not at 15%).

well i seem to have this thing about being below 13 stone (182 lbs for you americans). if i go below that id feel small lol. but i guess i would look better.

ive started doing HIIT 2 or 3 times a week first thing in the morning now to try and drop a little body fat while on my cycle.

If you're at 12% right now (I'd guess that you are, your abs are visible), then 182 (with no muscle loss) would be right at 8%!

ok here is my .02 cts you asked for good or bad this is neither but is just what I think from what I see ok this is not flame at all

A; ok you are not yet 23 but at 190lbs that is very good I did not get to 190 till I was 23 either at 24 I stalled out at 197lbs so I started to research AS I did this for 2 years befor I took that jump I felt like I was as big as I could get naturaly I think you have a lot more growing to do and should have waited but you make your own choices !

B; I think you have a lot of potential and will go far just use your head and you will

C; good luck in what you do ! keep us posted on your results !

glad you think im around 12%. i nearly fainted when my calipers said i was 15 % and i thought i had to loose a lot more to get down past 10%.

shiko24 - well maybe i should have waited another year or so and got a bit bigger. ive researched a lot and i know most of what i need to know and decided to start. im not going to do any big cycles, just keep it small and simple. i dont want to pack on huge ammounts, just to grow by a solid 7 lbs each cycle would do me.

You've got a good base, if I was you I would bulk instead of trying to cut.

hmmm
well im going to finish my cycle then trim down to 8 or 10% BF then stay at that and do another cycle later on. i wasnt goin to bother but my training partner is 181 lbs and the same height as me and he is probably about 8% BF and he looks awsome. he doesnt look much with his shirt on but with it off he looks more like he is about 210 lbs

ive got a crappy pic of him ill post it in a min for you to see

Great base. I think some of the water weight may have an effect on your caliper readings. I would think you look around 12%. Calipers aren't the most accurate way of checking though. Also your cycle is at about 350mg of Test/week. I assume this is your first cycle. Even though it is your first cycle, it isn't really a strong one. And remember, IT'S WHAT YOU EAT ON YOUR CYCLE THAT DETERMINES THE OUTCOME.
