i was so upset yesterday i couldnt talk about this. now that ive had some time im ready to share. ok, here goes

id appreciate it if everyone could take a few seconds out of thier busy schedules to reflect on a tragedy. if you dont already know, its greg maddux. his era after 3 starts is 11.05 and he is o-3. this is hard to talk about i know, but be strong and we will all get through it.

for those of you losing sleep, maddux pitched 6 strong innings yesterday and only gave up one run lowering his era two points, and he had two strikeouts.

and the yankees lost to the last place devilrays

The entire yankee team was suffering from a stomach virus, but being the true heros they are, they played through..
You didn't notice them all bending at the waist on the field when ever a devilray got up to bat?
