I'm a huge futbol fan. I've been watching soccer games all my life.
World Cup's, UEFA Champions, Bundesliga etc. And I'm even playing a video game called "Winning Eleven 6" by: KONAMI for PS2. The best sports game ever made..

I never played Soccer, but it was all around me. My grandfather played for Celtic United, and a shit load of my boy's growing up went on to play Pro and a few at World Cup level. The town I grew up in was named Soccer Town USA. My high School won like 40 something State Titles and multi #1 National ratings.

You got it- big Bundesliga fan- Favorite teams are VFB Stuttgart and Bayern Munich-(that's where my parents are from)
soccernet.com is an awesome site for info for all the goings on, live broadcasts etc...

I played soccer when I was a kid....to give you the mentality of some of the inbreds I have worked around, one of them blurted out that soccer wasn't a REAL sport, and that pro football was. Now, I'm not shitting on football, but I think the stamina and endurance required to play soccer, not to mention the freakin' physical contact, makes it at least as tough as football if not more so....

Yes green. Born and raised in Kearny. Was very tight with John Harkes, Tony Meola, Mike O'neil, Billy Galka, Tab Ramos and a ton of other stars.
Parents still live there, and the High School just won another State Champ. last season

I met John Jarkes a few times when he still played for Sheffield.

I'm going to the Man U-Barcelona game in Philly on August 3- They sold it out in 3 hours- 70,000 tix

John is still a good friend, I see him when he comes home to his parents. I spent St.Patricks day tieing on a load with his brother. I got to go over see him play for Wednesday with a bunch of our boy's, crazy trip !!

Bro, you mean Manchester United VS Barcelona in the U.S Philadelphia, if so..will it air on TV..ESPN 2 ..etc..?

I played a few years in middle school & freshman year in high school, not really into it, just always liked playing sports, plus I started concentrating on basketball & football so I stopped playing.

I got so many yellow and red cards it wasn't even funny.
