Quick Thermogenic Question

I'm currently taking Hydroxycut to help me with my cutting cycle... and I read here on old posts that u guys go two weeks on and two weeks off of this stuff.. with something else on the off week..

I know that clen doesn't work as well after two straight weeks but is this the same with hydroxycut? or any thermogenic for that matter?

any imput would be appreciated

I seem to become "resistant" if that's the correct term to thermogenics if I use them for more than a few weeks, as for the clen, I'm not sure as I haven't taken it before

since u get resistent... how long do u go on and how long off... also during the off week(s) what do u do instead... no thermo? another thermo? wut?

NYC or clen seem to be popular and work well (better?) on the alternate 2 weeks.

I'm taking hydroxycut... so i don't need to go two on two off... but rather 30 days on... then how many days off?

i usually stick too about 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with eca, it seems to me anyways that my body becomes resistant to the effects after a couple weeks.

I've never really taken any thermogenic for weight loss, just for the extra "kick" I get before the gym.....that way I'm on only one dose a day for 5 days, then off for two, then on again. On the occasion that I've decided to eat them like candy (not a good idea) for a couple of weeks, they stop giving me the "boost" if that's what you want to call it

UCD- after 30 days I usually take @ 2wks off- If I start back and get the jitters again then I know it was enough time off.

thanx green man... I'll try that out...u haven't really experienced jitters yet... still ramping to get my dosage up to normal...

I only use the 2 on 2 off method if I'm incorporating clen. If I'm not going to use clen then I use the thermogenic straight through for 2 months and then take a month off.

People don't confuse resistant with getting "used to it". The increase in blood pressure and the jittery feeling will go away in a couple of weeks. This doesn't mean it stopped working. Studies on ephedra have pointed this out.
