Thank you for offering your time to musclechemistry.com. You guys are doing me the favor by becoming mods not me doing you guys favors! Now witht hat being said all I ask of you guys is to promote the hell out of musclechemistry and put in decent time here.

Traffic here could be way better and I hope by adding you guys it will improve. Most other board admins do not promote from within like we do here. they go out to other popular boards and get some popular name moderators and bring them on then those mods bring traffic from their old boards where they had a great following. We could easily do this and improve traffic faster however I dont believe in passing up my own members so once again please put in the time and please spread the word and get folks to post here. Musclechemistry.com is over 3 years old and has never seen a search engine due to cost so I ask you guys to do the leg work like I do. I have been banned from a few good boards as well for self promoting wich is understandable,lol, but im out their trying.

hey bro i can make as many pages as you need with all the meta tags in the world, but thats all i know no idea how to get on search engines realy but im game and yes i rememebr the offer way back

Part of the problem is the way the domain name is forwarding to this main page instead of actually being hosted there.

so its best to put the dns of the server the board itself is hosted on right into my domain acount right?

Not necessarily, if you submit the name musclechemistry.com, the search engines see that it is being redirected, and a lot of the search engines don't like that.

It would probably be best to set up some other pages with information targeted for which ever key word, and link to the forum. Then submit that sites address to the search engines.

ok so instead of submitting mc.com i would make pages with the key words imbedded in the tags and on the page itself like http://mcstyle.homestead.com/index.html and submit those addys to the search engines?

now you got it, although some search engines won't take any addresses but from the main page, so the main page would have to link to any keyword pages you have.
