Other than lifting what do guy's and gal's like to do.

Touch football in the fall and winter. I like playing softball, but am not trying to get on a team since I'm planning on competing this august. I work on my cars, although lately more out of necesity than as a hobby. I enjoy playing tennis, but haven't lately. I go garage saleing pretty much every saturday in the spring, summer, and fall till football.

Football year round(3 leagues) JSVBA 2 man volleyball spring/summer at the shore, Highschool football coach (linebackers/secondary), basketball 2 nights a week, coach my sons soccer and football team(kids) I enjoy time with the Mrs as well.
This is why I train at 5am...no other time left
