Do you feel that smoking should be banned in all public establishments? This includes bars and clubs.

YES BAN THE SHIT ! I can not stand it either I get home from the club and want sex and all I can smell on me and Claire is cig smoke so then its shower time I hope that it gets banned

Ban it I hate smoke its almost a done deal down here in fla.
except in hooters went there for lunch sat and almost couldnt stand it.

I hate going into the waffle house on the weekends to get a nice, greasy meal, and having to deal with all of the rednecks smoking.....even when I smoked, I had enough respect to NOT smoke around people who were eating

Let em smoke-There are plenty of places where smoking is already banned. I do not smoke but the state and local governments should enforce laws already on the books that make sense rather than caving to the whim of the week. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BAN SOMETHING THAT IS LEGAL WHY NOT JUST ELIMINATE IN ENTIRELY.

Definately ban it from any enclosed public place.
Second hand smoke is a health hazard to anyone breathing it.
Most people don't start smoking because you're educated regarding the risks & then some inconsiderate person can't be bothered to take it outside.
