Berry Blast

1/2 cup frozen strawberries {defrost a few minutes}
1/2 cup lowfat silken tofu
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup lowcal cranberry juice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs wheat germ
1 tbs suger {optional}

In the blender:

tofu, blueberries & raspberries ~ whip 10 seconds
add strawberries ~ mix
add remaining ingredients ~ mix

Freeze unused portion.
To reuse, defrost 10 minutes & mix in blender for 40 seconds.

Blueberries are an excellent antioxident.
Naturally, substitutions can be made.. for instance, protein powder rather than the wheat germ or yougart rather than the tofu, etc.
