Do you have a big extended family(cousins and aunts and uncles?)

When you were younger, did u hang out together and get togethe r for big family dinners?? Do u consider any of your family members to be your freind too, like a cousin around the same age as you???

Yep! I was really close to my cousins my age growing up. I have a 1st cousin who now lives in Atlanta, and a 3rd cousin who still lives in Missouri, that were my age. Now, though, I pretty much only see them every couple of years when I can make it to family get-togethers.

Yes;

Most of them live in Germany as that is where my parents are from...Also only see everyone every couple of years

I have a huge family, my Mom was the youngest of 13 children. Have about 40 first cousins on her side alone. Now most of them have children, family renunions are HUGE !!

When I've gone to family reunions, it's been quite a culture shock.....I've got some way way way way way deep backwoods relatives

I have a large extended family because I have two moms~
Actually, I'm the only one living in Jersey along with two of my cousins & they are my close friends too.. we hang out.
Dad & stepmum are in CT.
My mom shares a house with her ex sister in law in FL.
My two sisters are also in FL with their families {thank God!}
My brother & wife are in Toronto, Canada.
Stepbrother & family ~ right outside of DC.
Stepsister & family lives just outside of LA, CA.

My father has a brother & two sisters ~ 7 cousins
My mom has two brothers & a sister ~ 10 cousins
They all live up & down the east coast so our yearly family reunions are always a fun get together, but I see most of them several times a year seperately. Plus, we all keep in touch pretty regularly through email forwards.
It's very rare to go a week without hearing from just about everyone & their girlfriends*boyfriends.

My stepmum has a brother & three sisters ~ 8 stepcousins, but they're all still in England & I haven't been back since my parents sold their house outside of London last summer.
