All I know is that I feel so much better at 31 than I did at 21! It's amazing how good you can feel when you start to take care of yourself! At 21, I wasn't too bad off, but was just starting on the slippery slope that continued till 28!

I feel just as good now as when I was 20, only major difference is I take a little longer to recover from nagging little injuries.
