How do you go about your diet when you have contests one week after the other.
Also if you had 6 weeks in between contests do you stay on AS for that whole time?

I usually hit the diet again on Sunday - the day after - when doing shows that are only a week apart. However, I don't prefer to do 2 shows back to back unless they are atleast 2 weeks apart. I am so sore and exhausted both physically and mentally that it makes for a very long week.

As far as the gear goes - stay ON for sure.

why would you change anything from the first show to the next given they are so close together?? Skip and I are doing the same 2 shows 2 weeks apart and I know for me Sunday after the first show will be *FOOD* day then monday back on the diet I will train all week and do cardio just the same as the first show and depending on overall feeling either keep it all the same, coming in that last week, based on previous results or change what needs to be changed.

I also did two shows back-to-back this year ( finished a few weeks ago). Like you guys, I shitloaded the whole day (Sun.) after the show, then got back on my diet on Mon. for the show the following weekend. I think it helped me as I was much stronger in the gym on Mon. from all the carbs and sodium. And I still maintained exactly the same condition and bodyweight by the time Sat. came around.
