Its over here in Ohio. Its put on by the university i go to. I have one hell of a team we should do great.

What would I not give to be in another three-on-three tournament! Since I have gotten stronger, I am a pretty good swingman. Can box out for the rebound and shot the three--This reminds me of the good ole days!

LOL, we whipped some ass today. No team broke into double digits. I love take up a lay up with two guys hanging on your. Weight room is key to me destroying some cats today.

well u play 15 win by 2-20 stright
there where only 13 teams-- only 5 of them where good, we had to play only 3 teams to win it all. Then we played the winning team from the Bowling Green tourny. And whipped there ass too, there is just nothing that guys who are only 6 foot can do when im 6'3" 230 and there a buck fifty.
And we play good D-thats why they dont break double digits, and we didnt miss awhole lot

Good job, it seems like since I have put on muscle my jump shot has deserted me. Although I think I'm almost as quick as before I messed up my knees and ankle, even though I weigh about 50-60 pounds more.
My vertical sucks now, I used to throw down some nasty dunks, I can barely dunk now & I'm 6'3".
