I was talking to Ko Chandetka last night and we might make a workout video in june athe the Jr nationals that following sunday!! It may be called midwest muscle or something like that! who knows!! post your thoughts on it!

There are a thousand w/o videos out there.. Think about coming at it with a new twist.. I don't know what.. but something that makes it stand apart from the others!
