I was wondering how many here are divers, or would like to try it. I know Mailboxkiller is a diver... who else? That might be a cool vaccation to plan as a group, maybe get a discount.

count me in badger. Working out a trip to cozmel or beleize just after sept for the big one this year. Still have to find out about tobenmary too thinks it's in july wrecks at 130 ft cold water though 7 ml or dry suit only.

Yeah, I'm certified and its been a while since my last dive. I have been meaning to go, living in Cicago though I have only a few months to dive locally.
I'd definatley consider going on a dive trip.

If anyone isn't certified and would like to... it is easy to do on a trip, and takes only 2 days. By the morning of day 2 you are done and can continue to dive the rest of the day and from then on.

If you guys ever want to do incredible diving... I was spoiled on my first dive - 35m down at Sail Rock off the east coast of Thailand... went swimming with three huge whale sharks. not to mention all the cool tropical fish and barracuda, etc... I highly recommend it.
anyway... trip sounds fun and I hope you guys enjoy!

I'd love to see the south Pacific. You have some awesome diving close by. At least closer than it is for us, but the Carribean is awesome too, and most places have lots to see either shallow or a little deeper. Actually, if you go deep, sometimes there is a lot less to see.

I've done it few times on vacation in Bermuda and the Bahama's, it is awesome !!

i've done it and its pretty fun my ex used to work with a dive instructor and she taught us the basics one day

Yeah, A caribean trip would be perfect. Im such a dumbass I met a hot blonde from Tampa in Vegas got her number kept in touch she came up to Chicago once and we dived at a quarry she was unimpressed.
We were going to go out on lake michigan and something cancalled those plans.
Anyway she was always going on dive trips and I never went with her on one of those trips and now I am out of touch with her.
Damn work sucks steals too much time.
Ya know how I got her number? We were chillin together in vegas at the table and then at the restaruant and Im like hey lets play some keyno what are your lucky numbers, shes like i dont know Im like ok what is your phone Number.
Smooth pick up line.

very smooth on the pick-up line Incrediblehulk. Especially since it worked. I've been to Fla. and a few places in the Bahamas and Carrib. I'd go to any of them for a trip.
