well i'm down from175 to 153lb. i still have 4 weeks to go.i feel i will be at around 148lbs or so by show.what can i add to my diet to keep me at my current weight with out bloat or fat until 2 weeks out.my trainer says don't worry about the weight.he don't know my body like i do.my matabalism is like a rocket.
i have not done 1 day of cardio and still have droped 23lbs just by changing my diet.my diet looks like this right now
2380 calories-non carb meal days,3235-carb days
protien:341gm
carbs75
fat76

mostly all chicken/eggs/fish. i get carbs from fruit/vegi except on carb days which is every 3 days.

my trainer is a hard ass and tells me to stick with the diet.i'm going to fall through my ass at this rate.i look in the mirror and feel i am loosing to much muscle to fast.i want to be as close to 154lb as possible on show day.any suggestions?

Alrighty, I will answer your question. However, you already know the answer.

Provided that you are lean enough but think you are losing almost strictly muscle at this point you can increase cals with any of the macros and stabilize your weight. I would recommend increasing the protein as I am a high protein kind of guy. However, it really won't matter as long as you increase the calories.

although you get awsome reviews as a trainer.i needed someone who i could see in person.also cost was a factor.i have to buy supps. so as long as i bought everything from him he didn't charge me a fee.it still averages about 250 a mounth in supps.(beverly mass, ultra 40,flax oil, super pack vitamins, protien, eca.)
i think now that i know what to do and see how my body reatcts to what,i will do it different.
thanks skip for the advise.always appreciated.i will increase protien 50-75 gms., a day.

hell i don't have that kind of loot.what do you spend 4-500 on?
is that the cost of the trainer or the supps necessary for a show?

1. Knowledge
2. Knowing that you don't have to concern yourself with the normal bullshit stressers and the second guessing that plagues most guys during precontest.
