need help.............

I like mine...
mon - chest
tue - cardio or rest
wed - legs (quads, hammies, light calves)
thurs - cardio and/or abs
fri - back, shoulders and traps
sat - arms
sun - calves and abs

Without the extra calf and ab work, and no cardio, I was doing:
mon - chest & abs
tue - off
wed - legs
thur - off
fri - back, shoulder & traps
sat - off
sun - arms
 
your split looks like mine Al, but I can't do anything on the same day as back, so shoulders are a different day all to themselves.....

How in the world to you manage anything after deads?? Between those, bent over barbell rows, and "rows in the corner"..... I can hardly drag myself to the cable crossover machine to do pulldowns
