fav. meal

Tuna is my most eaten thing I think, I can't say it's my favorite thing though. I like this new protein source I've found...

99% fat free beef chili from Dennisons. 44 grams of protein per can, you cant go wrong!

I wouldn't exactly call those meals, just snacks.
 
Grilled chicken breast, topped with seared spinach and melted moterey jack cheese.
 
6 egg white with milk added and whipped, add 1/4 cup cooked brown rice, 1/4 cup black beans. pour into a non stick pan like an omlet. turn over and fold onto plate. heap 1/4 cup of plain non-fat yougrt, which tastes a little like sour cream. Has over 50 grams of protien!

Large T-bone steak with a medium Yam, a cup of brown rice and 2 cups of milk. Man i shouldn't talk about food when dieting, i'm soooooooooo hungry! but it's 11:00pm:angry:

might be fat free, but how much sodium is there, prolly alot.

my favorite is ..... anything grilled, or should i say everything grilled. i spend more on propane then gas for my car.lol
 
I have been experimenting a lot lately with my diet. I am bulking now so I am eating a lot of food. I got so sick of the same old sources of protein. I have been eating this everyday for lunch (meal #3) 1/2 pound 99%fat free ground turkey with ziti and sauce. I know it is about 45g protein. And very good.
 
my fav would also have to be medium cooked steak just little red...and potatos an dno gravy...other times tuna, so i switch it between those two..

My favorite meal would have to be either:
16oz ribeye cooked rare with a sweet potato and a big glob of fileld greens for a littel roughage....or

12oz tuna steak seared nicely on both sides...a littel "i cant believe it's not butter" with some lemon pepper for flavor and a dalop of minced garlic. with a huge mashed sweet potato and some spinache leaves tossed with a little lite fetta cheese...

well in one shot of so is a gram of protein i believe so if i do about 250 a day there is my protein covered and alot of cals...gettin to the gym is much harder this way but i dont feel a thing

I guess thats one good way of keepi' all of those littel punks in the gym away from ya'....the stench must be like a distillery...lol
I thought teh irish drank whiskey...lol
