I notice you did not mention clean out the folders.

That should not matter right? The folder is a storage area.

Anyway I delete or store in a folder every message every time it comes or goes and I still get bogus emails saying your pm is full.

So now I emptied my folders there was not that much in them anyway.

Lets see what happens now.

I believe floris said folders also count as space for PM's, more than likely the problem you've been having.
