Just wanted to say Hello to everyone at this board. I am new to this board but have been at other boards for a while. I am 5'10" 190lbs. Looking to gain 10-15 lbs and lose some bodyfat this year. Not to much to ask for. Hope I can gain some wisdom from all the good people on this board. Thanks.
