i need to tone up a little
i dont want to lose weight just want to look good
im a college girl i need to look hot ya know
besides that if anyone messes with me here i want to defend myself
PLEASE HELP ME:p
(dont worry about a thing cuz everything is gonna be alright)
 
Have you ever tried Pilates? Yoga also worked very well for my wife for toning up and she maintained her weight.
If that is not what you are looking for, light, high rep weights 3 times a week would work.
 
If you don't resistance train (lift weights), start! That's the single best way to make your body better, imo
 
THANKS GUYS I STARTED WORKING OUT AT THE GYM and now i have 4 guys asking me out!!!!!! I AM NOT HERE TO MEET GUYS!!!! Actually it was kind of cool..... I guess i dont look that bad.... i had so much energy when i left i probly could of had sex for hour and hours.... to bad i am single (darnit)

Ohh yeah college is hard to eat right that is key, i can say as a fellow student, that dorm food blows
