Carb Loading Supplements

Has anyone ever tried to load with Vanadyl Sulfate? What abour slin? I am looking into trying that on one of my clients for his next show. tentitan

Carb loading ...slin

Carb loading with slin is the shit!
If you want to know the reason the pros are able to look so full and hard..yet dry its because of slin...and aldactone!
When you are carb loading...something i have done and it works well is to eat approx 50 grams of carbs per meal with 5 iu's of slinand do this every 3-4 hours...humalog works well because of the shorter duration it is active...but you ccan also use humulin r ..it works fine too! I usually load with hi gi carbs mixed with a lo gi carb....ie...yams with pancake syrup....or baked potatoe with gatorade...plus the slin...
While carb loading i keep protein moderate..and easily digested..usually trout...keep taking efa' as well..flax oil is good.
I usually start aldactone 1.5 weeks out as it works slow..and increase water intake up 2 galons per day...watch how you react..you should be fairly dry each morning...25 mg aldatone am and pm each day...carb load tuesday, wed and thursday..starting high and cutting carbs by 1/3 each day until friday...i go low carbs about 100 grams...and keep drinking until about noon..then i shut down the water....last drink is a herbal tea...keep the aldactone the same and when u load with carbs use the slin 3-4 times per day...you should be hard and dry by friday night....by sat early am..ie 4 am..get up and check condition...you should be freaky tight and full...this whole proces is very individualistic..so i would suggest a trial run a few weeks out to see how it goes...you may have to modify..amount of carbs ..timing of water stoppage, amount of slin etc
On sat am day of show..eat a breakfast of hi gi carbs..ie waffles with whipped cream and syrup, etc...dont eat too much or u will distend..but just small meals hi gi and use slin..no drinking at all...you will fill up and be very vascular and pumped....hony is good as well...also grape jelly on white bread(pure glucose) fills u up nicely..you have to remember ..not too much ...and a little slin with each meal....

Good info praetorian, I concur.

I was actually considering doing a moderate carb up, similar to what you are talking about and then shitloading on Saturday morning. Funny you should post this. Hmmm..... maybe we should chew the fat a bit when you get some time.
