My day's food intake

OK, so I started the day like this....

Meal 1 - Totino's Crisp crust party pizza with added mozzarella, one huge glass 2% milk, 2 choc/pb "dips" granola bars

Meal 2 - McD's bac/egg/cheese biscuit and hashbrowns

Meal 3 - Big Mac value meal - supersized, one double QP

Meal 4 - Sheetz steak sandwich with mushrooms, baked doritos

Still eating folks, I'll keep you posted as to the disgustingness of the rest of my junk food binge out......yum yum

At this rate, I may be called "fatshug" before too long.....lol
 
OK OK, just got back from the gym here's what I've had since this morning (had a 'lil nap in there, too)

Meal 5 - Protien smoothie with creatine/glutamine

Train shoulders.....shrugged 7 plates either side on the hammer strength.....YEAH BUDDY!!!!!!

Meal 6 - Protien smoothie with creatine/glutamine
10 iu's humalog (heh, heh)

Meal 7 - 2 chick-fil-a chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, sweet tea (it's a southern thing, you wouldn't understand)

still eating, baby......gonna start a mother of a cycle tomorrow
 
Meal 8 - schwartzlabs protien shake w/20 oz. 2% milk

Tummy's growling.....I'll have another shake here pretty soon...then it's beddy-by time

It's been fun brothers and sisters....
 
OK, so instead of the shake, i opted for a Wendy's chicken sandwich value meal........g'night folks
 
Ok and how is this good for you? I think if you want to get quality big you should eat lotsa clean food. And dont tell me you cant eat tenough food and calories that way. Or is this just a splerge after a long diet and comp?
 
You must be spending a ton on food, especially with all the fast food. I'm amazed at how cheaply I can eat when I'm eating clean
 
Nah, this is not at all a "bulking" diet....I just decided to pig out on Sat. since I've started a new cycle as of today......So far today I've had...

Meal one - 5 whole eggs, 16 oz. 2%milk, 6 strips center cut bacon, two slices whole grain toast

Meals 2 and 3 - Protien smoothie with creatine/glutamine

Meal 4 - 1/2 lb. catfish, one large yam, 32 oz. water

......I'll prolly eat another 3 meals before bed, including yet another schwartz protien shake.......
