Hey guys,

Skip invited me to this site and i will say that skip and dpsquat have done a great job with this board!!!

Im 5'10 25 years old 197lbs. Im currently dieting for my second bodybuilding show on JULY 26. 7 weeks out!! Im just busting my ass to get into that freaky contest shape!!!

i hope to learn alot from you guys here at Muscle Chemistry!!
