I have posted these on a couple of boards, glad to find MC's board - it has been a great transformation! Stats - 46 yrs. old - lost 250 lbs. in 5 years. Done 1 cycle and rested 4 months - now ready for 2nd - I'm kinda proud of my progress so far. Before my waist was 56" now it's 34" going to 32". Last week someone at work told me they were too old to loose weight and gain muscle - LMFAO!:D

This is my before picture... don't gross out - I'll post my after pic next.

Job well done! You really made some great changes. Keep it up. Looks like you now can start to focus on building some muscle (if that is your thing). Post your story (the how's). Place it in the tranformation forum. tentitan
 
1st welcome to the board, 250lbs in 5 yrs is amazing in itself-Your pic speaks a thousand words! Glad to have you here.
 
Thanks for all the great support! The "old lady" is very pleased these days in more ways than one!:thumbsup:

I'm still trying to decide what I am going to do for a 2nd cycle - maybe brave and try tren/test.:D

At the gym, I try to grab all the newbies that look like they need to loose at least 100 lbs. - I let them know it's not hard, and give them all the workout & dieting advise I can, but most of all encouragement.

My blood values are great these days - Total Cholesterol went from 380 to 123 - tryglycerides went from 1500 to 24! My doc loves me - she asked my advise on dieting and got on a good eating program of her on. (I think I'll charge her for an office visit.):D

Wow!! Very impressive. It's good to see someone not be a "victim" and take control of their lives and their health. Be very proud of yourself.
 
Very nice job All-out, another example that you don't have to let yourself turn to shit just because you're ageing.

With young guys like you around I don't stand a chance with the girls our age, but glad as hell for ya! :D
